Hi, Rohi, Village Residency-3 by Pristine Horizon Promoters and Development at Hinjewadi in Pune offers 1/2BHK options 657-900 sq.ft. They are charging 3500/sq.ft. It is a single G+7 building having 96 units spreading 1 acres of land.
