Builder restricting access to Terrace
Q: The builder all of a sudden during the maintenance agreement adds a clause saying no one can have access to Terrace. By this he also has restricted installing DTH antennas and forcing me to use the service provider he has chosen

It is planned to install the Solar Panels in the Terrrace, since it is a Green Building and there is a Platinum Award from Indian Green Building Council to SSM Nagar Residents. If Owners are having access, then Children may damage the Solar panel or Owners will dry their Washed Clothes in the Panels. Repairing or Replacing the Solar Panel is an Additional Cost.
