I want to invest in a 2-3 BHK apartment in Pune preferably in a project that is ready for possession by 2020ish. I am not aware of Pune city & would like to invest in a place that has the potential of a good rental returns in future. I have been researching onlinr and came across areas like Hinjewadi, Wagholi, Wakad, Pimpri etc. What do you suggest ?
