Any customer have approached cut of law for action against builder for delaying projects..

Can anybody tell as to when the builder is starting giving possession of Avalon Regal Court. It is badly delayed. Can anybody also tell as to how we can claim interest on the payments made so far to the builder as it is not finished in the compromised dates. Pl also tell the legal provisions.
have you filled a complaint on the builder, as i also want to file the complaint on them, please suggest
