Can society give documents to defaulter member?
Q: Need your guidance over one question. If a society member is defaulter (dues pending from more than 3 months) and ask for society documents (certified bye laws, meeting resolutions, account books, member register record etc). Can society give document to this member or the member should pay all the dues first?? Please help.

Latest Answer: if all the society documents are in place then held a meeting with him and ask him to clear the dues first for getting the said documents.
