Worst decision of my life was to select this project. Even 6 months after paying the 100 percent amount, builder has not delivered the flat. Builder is fraud, who will just eat your money. After receiving your money builder and staff stopped answering calls and emails. No hope of getting OC for this project soon, and dont know about the flat. 5 years after booking the flat and paying 100 percent money we have nothing in hand. more than 20 buyers have filled case against builder for cheating and fraud. For better feedback , meet the actual buyers, and visit their flats which are still not in shape even after 6 years of buying.
