My comments to replies
Process for those applicant who are direct owners of the land is as follows:
1. Land owners will have to seek the permission of the municipal body for their non-agricultural plans.
2. Once the municipal corporation or municipal council gives the go-ahead, the owner just needs to intimate the collector in 30 days.
3. No permission from the collector is required. Revenue officials will then recover a one-time land conversion tax and a non-agriculture cess

Following documents required while applying for Conversion depend upon LRT Land and Patta Land.
For LRT Land:
a. R.T.C. in 3 copies.
b. Sketch of the land in 3 copies
c. Certified copy of Land Tribunal Order.
d. Certified copy of Form-10-Occupancy right.
e. Zonal certificate from Urban Development Authority/Town Planning Authority along with the opinion.
f. Title Deed (Back Documents)
g. No Dues Certificate issued by Village accountant.
h. MR order copy
