Q: How is the locality of the project ?? Can you tell me the what is the current price per sq ft going on ?

Absolutely, after a 5-year delay, we are in 2019 they are yet to handover my apartment. They do not honour the penalties they have to incur as a result of delayed(not months, years and years) handover etc. I have invested with several other builders like Prestige, they are fabulous. My comments to replies
I would suggest going with some other builder, as Metrozone has too many complaints from consumers about their delayed completion rate, sub par construction and bad trade practices. i also heard that there many cases pending to filed against them in consumer court it seems. their higher management team keeps changing, making supervision of quality of construction nearly impossible.
I am one of the unfortunate consumers embroiled in the lies of the builder.
