I am planning to buy a flat in DS MAX seasons. I read the reviews about DS Max and really horrible. Can anyone who has purchased from DS Max guide me? Are they trustworthy? What is your experience about the company or projects?

I have my flat at DS Max Silverwood and there are so many issues with the construction quality. There is seepage in almost all the flats on the top floor during rainy season. And in Bangalore, it is raining all the time. I am already fighting case in RERA. The builder also has not provided OC at many other projects. We at DS Max Silverwood are planning to go legal for Occupancy Certificate or OC. Hi Sadanand, I have also heard about bad comments on DS Max builder. But one thing I wonder is if really the builder's reputation is so bad then why do they build more projects and who do they sell for?
That's because they keep fighting cases in court and in the meantime they build and fool innocent customers. The fact that they are still authorized so they keep building new building and trapping people to buy. Once bought many suffer helplessly and some like us raise voice on various online platform and file legal cases. It's our duty to warn any future customers who might regret like us lifelong until justice is given

DS Max builders is one of the reputed and well known builder of Bangalore. They have completed many projects, some are under construction and they are planning to come up with new projects. But as per my knowledge, the builder is good and provide timely projects.
These are fraud company employees who are paid to post these fake reviews only so that they can trap more customers and take their hard earned money. Guy beware

Hey Amarnath, I do not agree with you totally they must be one of the reputed builder but they do not provide timely projects. One of my relatives bought a flat from DS MAX properties in Bangalore in 2007. They said they will give possession in 3 months, but they gave after 11 months and the construction quality is also not up to the mark.
Exactly my point sir. My flat at Silverwood is same story. They have very poor construction quality and do not provide OC. The building stands illegal without OC. Customers are at loss. These fraud builders have taken their money and they don't care about you anymore
