About mantra insignia Phase 2 it has 2 and 3 bhk apartments, that gives you maximum useable space, excellent ventilation, and a terrace that runs across the entire length of your living and dining rooms. And as far as amenities concern it have gymnasiums, indoor game areas, swimming pool, library, dedicated co-working spaces for residents, open green space for fresh air. I too was planning to invest in the Hiranandani Oragadam project, before this lockdown struck. Visited the site a couple of times. These are my findings. Hope you find it informational It is located opp. Daimler, just off Oragadam junction. You will be able to see the towers from quite a distance, They have a nice mix of flats, villa plots and villas. I would suggest consider villa plot or flat for investment purposes, Their price points start from 15 lakhs for plots and 70 lakhs for apartments. Plots start from 600 sq.ft. and apartments from about 1430 sq.ft. They have a lot of open space, amenities and general stores around the township. It has been pleasantly made. The development is 2 times better than that which is around. It is very centrally located and is easily accessible to the employees of the high-tech and auto industry nearby.
