ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.
please assist me if any body have ideas about construction of the PD 1 & 2. I am serving in Indian Army and posted far away ... i purchased this flat to shift my family for better eduction in lucknow but every time when i met in their office they simply telling that wait for another 3 months the works will begin ... please any body help me i m very fed up about that and also having financial problem
I booked a unit in G Block of PD1 in October 2009,I written many times and meet in Office of Anasal API,always they tells ,it will start in next three months.Only option is legal action.my number is 8750570778,Pl add my number in Whats group of the buyers.
