Are there any water supply issues.

Hi, I I have book flat in Sentosa, Virar in 2013 and still awaiting for possession. As per agreement, I was suppose to get possession by 2015 but still awaiting for any confirmation from their end. I feel we all should jointly file a complain with RERA to get back our hard earned invested money. Fighting with buiders individually will be too time consuming with dim chance of success.
Even I have booked in Sentosa park..& not got possession. However on my floor 2 flat owners are already staying.
