Do not buy flats from Achievers Builders Sector 49 Faridabad
Q: They are very irritating. Do not know how to treat a customer. Don't reply to your queries, keep you waiting. Slow construction.if you want to waste your money then only go for them

Achievers gardenia and achievers status enclave
Q: hi i am planning to buy a 3 bhk house in achievers gardenia or achievers status enclave. The project is situated on badhkal pali road. Is the society good for living. Is investing in this property a wise decision.

Hi Sahil, As per my knowledge, Achievers Gardenia is one of the popular residential project, developed by Achievers Builders Pvt Ltd in Sector 49, Kalindi, Faridabad. This project offers builder floors, 3BHK units , area ranging from 1494 sq-ft to 1998 sq-ft. The unit price is starting from 70.5Lac onward. This project is located in a decent residential sector will all basic amenities nearby.
This is a misleading answer- Project is in a really bad shape- no water, power or sewer- extremely poor construction quality
