You are responsible for the timely receipt of your refund. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days of purchase, you can be held liable for the full amount of the purchase price. In addition, you may also be subject to a late fee. If you are not able to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt), you may be responsible for the full amount of the purchase price. If you are unable to provide a valid shipping address, you may be responsible for the full amount of the purchase price. Additionally, if you are unable to provide a valid credit card number, you may be responsible for the full amount of the purchase price. If you are unable to provide a valid reason for your refund, your refund may be denied. You are responsible for the timely receipt of your refund. Q: Hi,I was staying as a tenant at D304, Orchard. I left the apartment on 29.08.2017. The lessor is not refunding the security deposit. As per the agreement, it was terminated on 29.08.2017. What should I do?

Most renters try of asking for their security deposit back and decide to vacate their residences in the hopes of receiving the funds later. Getting the security deposit back in this scenario is far more difficult and will take much longer. When you still own the house, you have a better chance of getting it. This paragraph will not apply to you if your house rent agreement format expressly stipulates that the deposit will be returned to you only after you vacate. Most renters try of asking for their security deposit back and decide to vacate their residences in the hopes of receiving the funds later. Hi, Within the provisions of the agreement, a rental agreement can be granted retrospective effect. Stamp duty charges, on the other hand, cannot be retroactive. For a rent agreement format, who should purchase stamp paper? The stamp paper can be purchased by either the landlord or the renter, and it will remain the property of the purchaser. You must purchase the stamp paper yourself if you wish to own an original agreement. Otherwise, you might request a photocopy or scanned copy from the other party.Hi, Within the provisions of the agreement, a rental agreement can be granted retrospective effect.
