Q: What is the reason that in such a so-called high end premium property there is no lift access to the basement? Imagine coming out of the block in rain or bright sun and walking the other side to take a staircase to reach the basement! Any guesses? I was under the impression that lift access to basement was a given in all new developments (or even older ones). Any insights? How big a problem is this?

It is really strange that there is no lift access to the basement. Did you talk with the builder about the lift issue?
There is no use in speaking with the builder because the blueprints are authorised and sealed. It is confirmed that there is no elevator to the basement. However, if you are in greater kailash and looking spa then, visit: https://www.zyurthaispagk1.in

How serious of a concern is the basement's absence of a lift. However,if you are in Greater Kailash 2 (new delhi) and looking for spa then visit: https://www.zyurthaispagk2.in/
