Difference between covered area and carpet area.
Q: What is the difference between covered area and carpet area. How we can calculate it?

My comments to replies
covered area is the actual area od any apartment. carpet area is the area calculated from wall to wall inside the house.Built up area is the carpet area + area covered by thickness of walls+ balconies etc. In general built up area is around 8% to 10% more than carpet area.
covered area is the actual area of any apartment not od any apartment ! aap ne apne answer me likha h od any apartment , which not making any sense. I think u had done a mistake while writing , but its ok , now do corection in it .
