Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout? This layout is located on IOC road, Vagata village near Hoskote. I am one of the plot owners of this layout and would like to connect with other owners. There is lot of happenings in this area these days. Sakshi(Jagati publications) had setup their Bangalore branch next to this layout. Opp to it, a 70 acre layout(Hansika) is coming up. Please join the yahoo group
Have a plot in happy county but haven't visited for many years, can someone update on progress. On google area shows no houses so I might as well sell this plot?

I understand owners of both phases in problems. I am going to reach out to Jagan Anna(CM of AP) in next month. I am from his place and I am sure Anna will solve our problems. He also has property (Sakshi) next to our layout.
