STAY AWAY is the only opinion I will share, I had bought and now cancelled, there are build issues which Mantri has refused to rectify, they have been unable to get electricity connection for 6 months now, which points to bigger problems with the legal department. Please stay away from mantri heights, the construction quality is poor, they are not able to get electricity connection to the place for the last 6 months, shoddy finishing and they refuse to repair it and complete the project. Though the location is very tempting, its not worth the headache it comes with. I had bought there, but cancelled after going through the issues and waiting for an year to take possession.
