Any reason for HDIL Metropolis project delay?
Q: I am an owner at HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The progress on this project has come to a standstill for the last 6-8 months. This quite worrying keeping in mind the delay that is happening. Any reason for this delay? kindly advise. Have been told by the site office staff that now things are back to normal and progress will improve. However there is nothing to show for this.

I am also a flat owneer and i recently went down to the site, i found no work being done and site people were giving vague replies I think we all flat owners should form a private group on yahoo and discuss these matters and then we will have a better view. Right not w the site sales people are not giving any proper information. I think we all owners should form a group in yahoo or through email so that we can contact each other on the update of this project as the sales people are not really giving a proper feedback We can tray and find out the other owners in HDIL and form a group in yahoo. Delay in possession.
Q: I have booked a flat in HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The builders promised me to deliver the flat in December 2011. Why there is a delay in possession?

Dear Ms. Payal I am also owner in HIL metrolpolis, i think we all owners should form a group so we can address all our problems in a group.
