water supply
Q: can u please let me know about the water supply facility at nile valley. also i have heard about problems regarding quality of construction, common walls etc can u please let me know abt teh details. am planning to buy a 2 bhk at nile valley

As per my knowledge, construction quality is very good and they are using latest technology which will give good quality with speedy possession. Not sure about water supply. As of now only bore water is confirmed but they are talking about providing manjeera water also. They are saying that complete project will be over by 2012 end and each block will take approx 1 year time.As per my knowledge, construction quality is very good and they are using latest technology which will give good quality with speedy possession. Construction Quality
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK in Nile Valley block 7. However i am being told that teh constuction quality is poor and it will take one year (dec 2010) for teh possession and also that water supply is inadequate. Also, the complete project (amenities) will take 5 years to complete.can anyone please clarify my doubts.
