Do Bysani Skyway has occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate?
Q: I have heard that the building does not have occupancy certificate and building clearance certificate is also pending. Even the builders have violated the zonal regulations.

I am a owner and I am a resident also. Till now we have not got any order form BBMP to vacate the building. There is a PTI case in the court. There is no other case and there are absolutely no violations. It is just a PIL case from an activist.
