Q: As far as I know the project is in pre launch stage. Any idea when they are going to launch it? Where exactly is the project coming up and how much is the pre launch booking charges?

My comments to replies
Me and my dad liked the design and we were planning to book a property over there but heard about some litigation. Is there a delay in the possession?
The project is BBMP approved with all legal clearence, there is 18months pre emi offer.. the legal documents will be provided at the time of booking for your perusal.
