Vignesh, I bought it three years ago based on its proximity to the city and the train station. That was a major attraction for me. Train travel is the future in this country. Next, I like the plans and the brand. No builder in Bangalore has thought about bringing such new design ... it is all boxes everywhere. Third, ETA is a big brand than the Brigades, Sobhas.
Overall quality is good ... however the finer finishing could have been better. that is a small nit in the big picture. They have charged interest @15% per annum for the delay in payment of instalments whereas the project is delayed by almost 2 years for which they pay only Rs.3 per sft which is very unfair, how to fight with the company for the exploitation.

2) I understand that there is a huge delay in the project. Are you seeing the people moving to the apartment now?
3) Have they provided all the amenities they have promised?

There are about 60 families living there now. The project is complete. We even get Cauvery water now. More are doing woodwork and will move shortly. Quality is good.
