total area is 1195 sqft.. Including additional charges like club membership n all it will come upto 49lakhs.. This for first 3 floors.. as you go higher your per sqft rate inc by 25 every floor..

I am planning to upgrade to 3 bhk once the construction is complete, as the builder has clause for selling before getting NOC. So, I am looking out for potential buyers for my 2 BHK.

Hi Sudeep the current price is 5000/- and is expected to increase further when Metro becomes operational.
