total area is 1195 sqft.. Including additional charges like club membership n all it will come upto 49lakhs.. This for first 3 floors.. as you go higher your per sqft rate inc by 25 every floor.. Hi Vinayak, Good to hear from you. Could you please let me know if you have a timeline by when you plan to sell this 2 bhk and upgrade to a 3bhk. If it is somewhere towards the completion time of this proj, mid 2012, works great for me. Also what would be the per sq foot cost of this unit. Thanks

Hi Sudeep and Vinayak, have any of you booked flats in Nakshatra? Any of you have verified all legal documents? How about approvals?
If you are planning its better you approach the builder directly rather than trying in the resale market. As the property is still under construction eventually you need to buy from builder only.. If you wait till registration, then the prices would go even further

The brigade is selling at 7k, salarpuria at 8k and the pre launch offer of one blore west is at 6.1k.. u think 5k is a lot ??
