Q: My concern is that LIC and SBI do not approve ths project as Empyrean does not allow land registration initially. I wanted to know, when will they allow for land registration? Does any of you have an idea about this ?

As per my talks with sales guys they are planning for land+villa registration together, so your registration will happen after 2 years. I do not know why they can not register land upfront and later register villa on completion. Will this process cost more? OR This demands more paper work and more clearances? As per my talks with sales guys they are planning for land+villa registration together, so your registration will happen after 2 years. Q: Anyone bought there recently. seems to be too far off from the city (whitefield) and very bad connectivity through villages and what not. Any ideas on availability and pricing

When i last enquired they had 3/4 villas (out of 300+) remaining in phase 1. For details why not contact FL sales team. When i last enquired they had 3/4 villas (out of 300+) remaining in phase 1. For details why not contact FL sales team.
Q: Hi, I am pretty sure that the proposed school with in the Empyrean will not be ready when people move in. At best a kindergarten might be there. So which schools are you considering for your kids if you are planning to move to the Empyrean? The schools near Sarjapur are at least 17-20km away and I doubt if they will provide transport to Empyrean if we are not considerable in numbers. -Balu

Schools like DPS . Greenwood High are 20 kms + from Empyrean. I had spoken to DPS school bus executive and he said that they might contemplate extending bus route to Empyrean if there are 20+ kids for DPS. Is there any other route to reach these schools which does not pass through Sarjapur village? The village road is very narrow and faces frequent traffic jams.Schools like DPS . Would it make sense to look at schools in Whitefield / Varthur area rather than Sarjapur? I think Whitefield area has some schools with moderate (50-60k per year) ..like Vagdevi Vilas. Distance wise it would be almost similar to Sarjapur but route is virtually signal free till hopefarm junction. If someone has prepared a list of schools (both Sarjapur / Whitefield) with total fee, could it be shared? Also one suggestion, Could we approach a good school with 10+ potential admission and get some respite on 1st yr admission cost?Would it make sense to look at schools in Whitefield / Varthur area rather than Sarjapur?
