I attended the meeting held at Hotel Savera. It was a good opportunity for the owners to have come together at a common place. In my opinion, we have not utilized this opportunity to our benefit. What do we want? At this juncture, after waiting for more than a year, when there is not a single activity going on in the site, all we should have demanded was to return our money in full. As someone suggested, we should have asked the owners or directors of the company to come for a meeting next week and take an undertaking in writing that they will return the money on such and such a date. Now the matter has gone to the police. We know the judicial system in our country. To get justice one has to wait for decades or he/she may not get justice at all.

Hi, This is Ramesh. I just went to the Orchid springs site today. I was quite impressed with location and proximity to Annanagar. Also saw the G.O. and looks like they are awaiting CMDA approval. Is it worth taking the risk of buying at Rs.3400/ sq ft?

i heard from some sources they are changing the plan (size of the 2 bedroom apartemtns to make extra money. i went to the office of alliance recently. the lady staff told me that they are launching the flats on 14 th august in a large scale . but nothing has happened. i feel they are not dependable, i have paid hefty sum as advance by january 2009. can any one know whether they change the size of flats(super built up area)
