We liked location of Gavakshi project very much. I will be coming next week to Bangalore and would like to book. Can anyone tell what is price?

1. Complete Glass wall at front can make up for the light inside Drawing/Dining.
2. No sunlight inside toilet is definitely some issue.
3. 30 ft i believe is less , but will be ok to get sufficient light. Not sure about the Torch light concept though.
4. Can be a concern later, if adjacent sites comes up with High Rise buildings.
5. Parking specs not there, but got a response from sales guys that i vl be good enough(not 100% satisfied there)
6.Exact area wise is not clear. But looking at the Master plan...can make out.
7. They don't have a Cauvery connection, but will be Borewells instead. They say Cauvery connection will be there by completion. No guarantee as it depends on government.
8. Agreee...that annual maintenance charges is not being disclosed, even after asking so many times.

Any one who has the contact no's of the landlord for Krishvi Gavakshi????, coz whatever flat we have liked seems to be in the landlords share as per the builder. Wonder if it is truly the landlords share or it is the builders gimmick to hold the good flats till the end.REPLY REQUEST ON TOP PRIORITY.

No..Krishvi has shared a Sharing agreement which mentions which flats are under landlord and which are under them. Pl. note d details as on 29th Aug 1) Ann.Maint charges r @Rs.2 only 4 1 yr after that it b an open book concept where d whole 1 yr cost +20% of that cost will b charged as a mngmnt fees & will b divided among all d flats. 2) D measurments given in d brocure & on d site R not matching 4 each house 3) Even d plan as shown 4 d society is not matching eg d broucher shows that there is a common wall Btn 16th block n d clubhouse, whereas builder says Dre is a 10ft gap. even in brocure d club house is a little protruding outside the 16th block whereas on site it is of d same level as of of 16th blocks n not comming out. If it comes out protruding than Dre is no reason why someone wud want d corner flat # 16 as d view on d right side of d balcony will b blocked due 2 clubhouse n Dre will B a big wall instead of open area. 4) Important dimensions like Balcony,Lobby, staircase, lift, small parapete out side D foyer (L shaped area) etc. are missing from D plan & broucher. 5) It seems that common

Please find my observations here according to ur points :
1. Annual Maintenance Charges is an open book system after a year with 10.3% ST. Yes, this will be divided among flat owners.
2. They are including floor plans as a part of agreement , and hopefully will not change later.
3. As per the approved floor plan copy, there is a common wall b/w 16th block and clubhouse..and this is the case wid most of the flats..except the corner ones.
4. Its included in the approved floor plan, and in the floor plan copy which i received, but is not readable due to small size.

5) It seems that common 2ilet will also have open 2 sky ventilation & details about D same is missing. No idea what will B D dimension of that ventilation. 6) Dimensional details of D parking, pathways, jogging track, Buggy track, Landscape plaza, childer play area, green landscape, Cul-De-Sac etc are not at all given in D master plan. 7) It is all in all a chuk chuk gaadi concept. Sales Guy seems 2 B bit rude-Chandu, who answers 2 d queries wierdly & not even ready 2 give details of d landlord.

No mention of basic amenity of power back in the apartment with 6 floors???? Is it there or no?
