The privacy of swimming pool is more important I have seen in many appartments its made for the sake of making it to add value to ammenitied and at the end of the day its not used much I think a good builder like Shobha will not change plans and wil stick to the basic needs of an Ammenity Anyway thanks for your updateNikhil You have a good point. I have contacted BESCOM. Now rule has come up as Sobha Claims. This is a design issue. They have not included the cost of substation in their initial design. The total electricity load is pre calculated and then only application to EB is made. Now as they were sanctioning it they have raised this issue. Hence this is clearly in Sobhas hand to pay that out.. There are a lot of things changed from design 1. Clubhouse seperate bok is not there now 2. Location of [pool changed 3.No tennis court as they claimed initially. No refund was proposed and made from Sobha hence this design change aslso has to be incorporated by them inhouse.
