Bldg no - 11
Q: Has anyone purchased flat in Bldg No 11. Mine is in this bldg and i have still not got any slab payment note after the initial 20% payment.

Prestige Residency under Forest Land??
Q: I heard that this property comes under Forest Land and investors may have to deal with court proceedings in future.

See if bank are giving loans on the property, so all legalities must have been checked by them, isn't it? However, i have heard in past cases, that even after possessions, court sometimes declares construction as illegal saying that it is on forest land. so that is my worry?See if bank are giving loans on the property, so all legalities must have been checked by them, isn't it?
