Hi All, I have verified the documents for the sy no 41 under which I have booked my plot. Advocate has given green signal to proceed and just wanted to see few more documents. Please suggest me if anyone has already done the registration as I'm heading now towards the registration process. Thanks Sunil.
I saw a few valid suggestions that the Sale Agreement need to be revised with inclusion of timelines for the completion of the amenities. I have booked plot 816 and in the process of signing off the agreement and the registration process soon. Would like to know if anyone has successfully got the Sale Agreement revised..

@Surprise - Thank you! The clauses on page 10 of the agreement specifies the timelines for completion of the amenities. What the agreement doesn't state is the penalty of not adhering to these timelines. Have tried to get a modification but in vain as you said.. You can reach me at sgkiron@gmail.com
