Q: Hi I am planning to buy a 2bhk in Casa Rio. As I am new in mumbai can you please help me in knowing whethether it is worth to invest in this project

I disagree with Vijay Sawant : the rates at khargar is much more then Casa Rio, so price wise its no comparision. I agree with him on transportation :with in current situation, transportation to Casa rio is BIG problem, very frustating to reach from any end - dombivli,ghansoli etc.. The plus for this project is - "project design" what ever Lodha is promising of he delivers, you will just love to stay there. My personal opinion - Khargar,khandeshwar is very much on creek water & will have its own problem : smell,mosquitos etc..and with new airport happening will have heavy traffic flow..you will lose on quality life. Casa Rio is not far from airport (new one) & is a well planned spread out. I dont contribute my views on returns of investment, as there are many way to generate money. Q: as the group is not issuing the car parking allotment letter as committed by them. any body tell me that they have received their parking allotment letter.

Hi Suresh, RC is correct, payment for car park has to be done on different name. But just read today - court has issued order that builders-developers cannot sell open area or slilt area as car park. Q: Would like to know any idea about when are they going to start the registration. Have already paid 20% around 2 months back and i haven't heard from them.

Hi Naveen & RC. Parking charges is discussion matter, though illegal for builder to charge, they can recover that cost from multiple ways..just ignore it, its waste of time - it's his property he is developing & is selling at his terms. regarding construction activities, they have initiated & I have personally seen work happening at site. I am also being told flat registration will start from Dec 2010 & proposed completion is by dec 2012. Q: Does Lodha make a transparent deal while executing sales agreement. Reason so far i had few meeting with their sales team & got several commitment but none in writing. Not clear whether if those would be incuded in Sales agreement, if go for booking. Please give your feedback
