Hi Rashmi, I have also recently booked a flat in C wing and waiting for the possession they are saying it to be the month of Dec 2010.
Progress wise it seems to be slow :-(
but as i said i have booked it recently so i can wait till Dec.

I am planning to buy 3 BHK in Swiss County for investment purpose. The complex from inside looks good but the approach and sorrounding locality is not that good. Pls let me know whether there is an oppertunity of property growth in that area and also how long it will take to people to come and stay as tenant

Hi Mugdha,
don't worry for the tenants ;-) as Hinjewadi is near by + its a good deal for future investment because the rates in this area will rise for sure in coming years and now they are quoted as 2900 psf which will definitely increase.

Hi, I visited this site today and builder quoted me 2900 PSF rate. They also said no discount on rate. I wanted to check with the group
a. If they do negotiations on rates?
b. Is 2900 right rate?

the place is very nice and it is surrounded by the three big well known chouks like Chapekar chouk, dange Chouk and Kalewadi chouk. also every thing is easily available and that too within 2-3 kms range.
