9 I have recently decided to purchase a flat in Concorde Manhattan as for me the location in most ideal. A friend of mine already owns a flat over there and she seems pretty happy with the place. Initially there were some teething problems but all seems to be well under control now. The location and the rates suit me perfectly. 2 I recently had dealing with the Concorde group people. I found them to be very courteous and the transaction went through very smoothly and it was suitable for me in all ways. That’s why I was surprised to read so much of negative comments about them on the net. Someone seems to be having a serious grudge against them. Today I have liked a flat in concorde manhattan Electronic city. I liked the area and environ there. But I found most of the flats has the water seepage problem. I could see some wet marks at many places on the roofs. They say they are treating it through some chemicals. But I was not convinced. Can anyone tell me if this problem is serious?
