Q: Hi, I would like to know about the builder and his previous projects. Please let me know. Whether will deliever all the promises mentioned in the brochure regard to amenities???? And hand off flat on time or not???

Q: I am planning to buy 2 BHK in Sai Poorna High end. Please share the experiences with the builder. Any delay in possession and the amenities promised would be delivered. Any other feedback please share to help make me decide.

It is even bad. There is grace period of 6 months over december 2012 which takes this to June 2013. It seems the duplex portion are not sold much & therefore the delays happensIt is even bad.
