When will Ekta Floral be completed?
Q: Initially the builder promiosed that they would handover the project by Oct 2010. Then they said March 2011. Does anybody know when this project will be completed?

I am having the same problem with my apt in block 4. There is no penalty clause for the builder in the agreement as well.
