What is the future of the Sarjapur road? Is it wise to invest there?

My comments to replies
Hum.. I do not see any bright future. East Bangalore is suffering a huge water crunch as there is no kavery water left in this area and heavy traffic jams in the peak hours at Wipro, Hosa road, railway gate junctions makes life more difficult. The cost of property is already very high it is difficult to find a 3 bhk by a reputed builder which is close to completion and is below one carore.
I agree. Sarjapir road is hyped. It suffers on fundamentals,
