Hi all. They are the worst possible builders I have come across. It's a waste of time and money to invest here. Some of my friends who have bought and they are still repenting it. In general, bangalore property prices double in 5 years whereas here they are still the same as they could not complete the project as they promised(2010). Now who ever bought with them they are struck for life. My friend was saying even if he deposited that money in the bank it would been doubled by now. While you buying they say one and when it comes to complaint they say i don't know what sales rep said he or she not working with us any more. So before you invest any money here think properly. You cant even withdraw later if you are fed of them because as per there clause you loose 20 or 25% of your hard earned money. It's not really worth the amount of pain you go through. Hi esteemed buyers, This was happened to me in August last here. They are the worst possible builders I have come across in life. I flew all the way from abroad to buy it and I wasted one months time and 5 lakhs. They could not submit the required papers what lawyer asked. Nationalise banks don't approve their project. They fool you by saying we will get you loan from HDFC OR HSBC something like that. Pls bear in mind you get loan based on your income. Private banks don't really see much about the project. Eventually I could get the loan from nationalised banks and lawyer could not pass their papers. The owner has worst possible attitude. His name is Pratap I think. I requested for the speedy work for for supplying the documents and cancelled the whole deal. They still have lot of complaints and litigations. Hi there, This is the worst builders. There customer servicing is horrible. I wasted 1 month running around to buy a property here. Very head weight people. Their are lot cases against the builder.
