Original Land Documents are with Builder ?
Q: I had booked the Flat with KG Builders - Signature City Project. The UDS Registration Completed. Now, they HOLD the Original Document and only copy given to us. Is this correct..?

Latest Answer: Hey the original documents should not be with builder.. should be with bank..if you are buying through emi.
