Original Land Documents are with Builder ?
Q: I had booked the Flat with KG Builders - Signature City Project. The UDS Registration Completed. Now, they HOLD the Original Document and only copy given to us. Is this correct..?

Dear Javith, Yes, you can book., but ask KG Builders, that THEY SHOULD NOT HOLD THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED DOCUMENT for UDS., which they are presently practicing, that is ILLEGAL & NOT FAIR.
