Hi It appears there will be a delay of about 3 months in handing over(Expected 1st July). There is also a talk about paying interest for the delayed period. I also, understand against the original plan the entrance between Block C & D is not going to be available for drive way, the premise on which I booked a flat in Block D (like many others). This is going to be an inconvenience to all the residents. The main entrance is going to face traffic jam, with only single entry & exit points. Yes, there has been inordinate delay in completion of the project against committed delivery dates. The compensation is absolutely paltry. Mantri, is too rigid keeps quoting on company policies on everything. They are absolutely inflexible to customers.
