Hi i am interested in buying a plot at SRR Wimbledon ASAP. But i hear the project is not approved by Govt.yet. If so, what are the chances of project getting approved and is it safe to buy now ? I guess for now, no bank loans too? Kindly any one can advice me ....I'm a genuine buyer ...

Myself and one of my friend booked plot in SRR wimbledon about 10 months back. SRR promised that BDA approval will take about 6 month time, but we are still waiting for BDA approval.
The registration can be done after getting BDA approval. I guess it will still take 2-3 months (atleast that's what i heard from SRR management :( .
Q:
Has any one bought a plot in this project. What is the price? How reliable SRR group? Any feedback from previous projects? Is this project free of litigations / leagal issues? Has it got all required approvals?
We have booked plot at SRR wimbledon. development is not yet approved but prices may go up very high after it gets approved. We reviewed this developers other projects and like the work they have done.
