Its a very strategic and nature lover location. Buying property is always a risk but pls check your risk appetite. those have better appetite always enjoys. I m also watching the Bangalore growth since 10 yr. I felt which i could afford some 2 yrs back now it is out of my reach. I saw almost 2-300 % growth in last 2-3 yrs. Some risk takers took that small risk and now they are millionaires :) If nothing we can do then we blame only to destiny/luck.
