Hi All, Just like most of the people in this site I have also purchased a flat in this project. I booked the flat way back Dec 2009, and since then there was no demand for payment except the amount I paid on booking. As per the last information I have, the whole project is divided in 3 phases. Building 3,7,8,17,18 is covered under phase 1, building 1,218,20,22,28 comes in phase 2 and rest in phase 3. Building 7 is completed up to 17th Floor and I believe show flat is also built in the same, rest of the phase 1 buildings are completed till 9th to 11th floor. One of my friends has booked flat in building 7th and he has paid almost 7 to 8 payments till April 2011. I am not sure about the current financials of the company, and its impact on the project, but as per my information the phase 3 is going to be delivered somewhere in 2013 as per the current plan.
