Possession of Westgate B
Q: Hi, I own a flat in WestGate B . Seeing the status of fairfield wing ,raises concerns over the Westgate wing too. When asked to lodha executive they have a very stereo type reply to it that everything is fine and u will get it by dec 2011.So,i feel that collective effort is required from all owners in form of association or a group to force upon some sense of urgency and responsiblity on the builder

I have purchased a flat in Claermont A, I was promised to give possession by March 2011, the builder has already taken more than 95% of the payment and there is no sign of delivery. After continous follow up , the builder informed that the possession would happen in Sept 2012.
