Q: We liked location of Gavakshi project very much. I will be coming next week to Bangalore and would like to book. Can anyone tell what is price?

Q: Hi, I have come last week and they said 2 bhk flats are available and quoted a price of 2500/2600 per sqft. Now, today, when I call them up, they are saying no 2bhks available and price is hiked to 3100/-. Surprised to see the price going 500 per sqft in 1 week :(

Q: I came to know this project in around 18th June by seeing their advertisement in the news paper. I was really liked their pent house and enquired about the rate they mentioned 60 lacs. But due to some other work I have to go out side of bangalore for a month. Then i went to their project site on 24th July. They mentioned that only 5 pent house are left and rate they quoted to be 70 lacs. They mentioned about that they will complete the project in 2 years and give penalty of 8%. Then I went to their office in domlur to negotiate. To my surprise they denied any penalty clause and completion of project in 2 years. Today my friend went there they mentioned that they have 2BHK, 2 ground floor 3 BHK & 2 corner pent house and increased their rates by further Rs 200-300/sq. ft. Over this he added 4.5 lacs for service & VAT. He still haven't mentioned registration & stamp duty which will cost another 5 lacs. I am highly confused & feel that this builder is total cheat. Q: Pl. note d details as on 29th Aug 1) Ann.Maint charges r @Rs.2 only 4 1 yr after that it b an open book concept where d whole 1 yr cost +20% of that cost will b charged as a mngmnt fees & will b divided among all d flats. 2) D measurments given in d brocure & on d site R not matching 4 each house 3) Even d plan as shown 4 d society is not matching eg d broucher shows that there is a common wall Btn 16th block n d clubhouse, whereas builder says Dre is a 10ft gap. even in brocure d club house is a little protruding outside the 16th block whereas on site it is of d same level as of of 16th blocks n not comming out. If it comes out protruding than Dre is no reason why someone wud want d corner flat # 16 as d view on d right side of d balcony will b blocked due 2 clubhouse n Dre will B a big wall instead of open area. 4) Important dimensions like Balcony,Lobby, staircase, lift, small parapete out side D foyer (L shaped area) etc. are missing from D plan & broucher. 5) It seems that common

Q: 5) It seems that common 2ilet will also have open 2 sky ventilation & details about D same is missing. No idea what will B D dimension of that ventilation. 6) Dimensional details of D parking, pathways, jogging track, Buggy track, Landscape plaza, childer play area, green landscape, Cul-De-Sac etc are not at all given in D master plan. 7) It is all in all a chuk chuk gaadi concept. Sales Guy seems 2 B bit rude-Chandu, who answers 2 d queries wierdly & not even ready 2 give details of d landlord.
