Meeting at Savera on 21/3/10
Q: Ladies and gentlemen, Let me introduce myself as Mrs. A. Samshath Mohideen. My husband Mr. M. S. Mohamed Mohideen has invested Rs.11 lacs. I attended the meeting held at Hotel Savera. It was a good opportunity for the owners to have come together at a common place. In my opinion, we have not utilized this opportunity to our benefit. What do we want? At this juncture, after waiting for more than a year, when there is not a single activity going on in the site, all we should have demanded was to return our money in full. As someone suggested, we should have asked the owners or directors of the company to come for a meeting next week and take an undertaking in writing that they will return the money on such and such a date. Now the matter has gone to the police. We know the judicial system in our country. To get justice one has to wait for decades or he/she may not get justice at all. Q: Today, I have sent this mail to them. I request all of u to demand for a meeting in chennai with the owners of the company. 'Dear Madam, I appreciate your reply. The reason for the chaos you have given is not true. Where you present at the scene that day? Only the owners had gathered in the hall. It was the breakout of pent up anger. Not everyone can control anger effectively. Besides, if goondas were present, your staff would have been beaten up and the hotel's properties would have been destroyed. Don't you know the result of mob fury? Nothing of that sort happened by the grace of Almighty.. Even when things have gone so sour why are your owners/directors/partners silent? In the CMD letter, they have mentioned five annexures, but v could not find two of them...esp..list of customers who have got the refund... This kind of incomplete mails lead to further doubts on them... What is their final say now? Those who r interested can get their money back.... They have mentioned that v need to follow certain process to get the refund. What is that process?
