Tirumnai is right..no need to panic as the flats are almost booked. I have faced no issues with HDFC..neither in disbursement nor in any of DB's project as of now (I have personally inquired Banks' stand on DB's other projects). And the project at Khar is not for sale, except for few flats, they are all for the Director's of DB or their relatives so the company is not very pushy about it...but yes Ozone is a top priority..I get a demand letter every 15 days.
