Any reason for HDIL Metropolis project delay?
Q: I am an owner at HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The progress on this project has come to a standstill for the last 6-8 months. This quite worrying keeping in mind the delay that is happening. Any reason for this delay? kindly advise. Have been told by the site office staff that now things are back to normal and progress will improve. However there is nothing to show for this.

HDIL Metropolis originally had sanction for 27 floors and now they are making 31 floors. They have still not got the CC for additional floors and that is holding up the entire work. Delay in possession.
Q: I have booked a flat in HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The builders promised me to deliver the flat in December 2011. Why there is a delay in possession?
