Land dispute in Keerthi Gardenia
Q: Hi, Do you all aware about the land dispute for the project in Keerthi Gardenia. Please circulate tis message with all. Let us find a way how to come out and do a safe deal. We need to get all the legal documents from Keerthi.

Hi guys, Even we have booked a fat in Keerthi Gardenia.We did not find an legal issues when we booked it in April 2011.But do let us know through these post if you guys find anything irregular or any issues with the land. Ive also booked a 3 BHK;1740sq.ft flat.
Q: The Builder claims that it will be ready to Occupy in April-May'13! Can Buyers comment if this Project will be completed/Handed over in April-May'13? Will Pawani Builders complete this Project as specified & Hand over to buyers before 1-May-2013?

My comments to replies
If you are talking about Pavani Pleasant, then I heard that the project is expected to get completed by mid 2013. Even I have not got any bad reviews about the builder, so may be they are going to complete the project on time.
