Hi all, I am looking for some feedback for plots in Vakil Marina that is near Vijaya bank layout. I visited the layout and liked it. The broker was quoting 4200 for a 1200 sq feet plot. I was thinking that is very high. Any idea on the rates in those places. Also any feedback on the layout is appreciated.

I am one of the owners yet to move in, some 20+ have moved in and around 70 of us are in a group and regularly communicate with the builder. Apart from the usual hiccups, I would say they are extremely helpful and do seem to be attempting to make it a very good project
